Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Science in Oncology Nursing.
Professional Experience:
I have over ten (10) years of professional experience in oncology care, education, and research. I currently serve as an Assistant Professor at the St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College School of Nursing, Ethiopia. In this role, I am actively engaged in leadership and quality improvement initiatives in oncology care services, including the development of training modules, curricula, and clinical standards.
I have been extensively involved in the training and professional development of oncology nurses. My work also includes active engagement in research activities, from abstract development and conference presentations to research dissemination. I have presented an abstract at the Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer Annual Conference in San Francisco and have authored more than fifteen (15) publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
