I am a mentor, a preceptor, a member of the hospital’s Quality Improvement Team, and the leader of the directorate’s Work Improvement Team. I am the second in charge of the Patient Navigation Program for Breast Cancer. I am committed to advancing the field of oncology nursing and human nutrition through evidence-based practice and professional development.

My research focuses on developing a conceptual leadership framework for oncology patient navigators in Ghana.

She is a senior nursing officer at the Children’s Ward of Ho Teaching Hospital, Ghana, a member of the Pediatric Oncology Team, and was part of the Malaria Vaccination Project Evaluation (MVPE) Team. She has worked in multiple hospitals during her clinical and national service periods and is skilled in typing, computer software, and entrepreneurship as CEO of Shri-Elyn’s Cakes and Pastries.
