Bachelor of Science and master’s degree in nursing. PhD in Nursing Oncology and Postdoctoral Fellowship. 

Professional Experience: 

I work at the Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences as the Dean of the School of Nursing, Tanzania. I am a dedicated lecturer with over a decade of experience in nursing education, clinical oncology practice, and research. I have received multiple micro-grants and authored peer-reviewed publications in oncology, medical education, and health communication. In addition to my academic and clinical contributions, I actively supervise research at the undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD levels, helping to shape the next generation of nursing and health science professionals. 

Research and Leadership Interest:

My research focuses on developing innovative health communication strategies to improve self-management among individuals diagnosed with cancer.
