I have over 10 years of experience working at various departments of the Ho Teaching Hospital in both medical and surgical departments. I served as the deputy ward manager during the covid 19 pandemic and currently the ward manager of the male medical unit, Ho Teaching Hospital, Ghana. Currently, I am in the last year of the M.Phil. Nursing Program at  UHAS. 

I also have certificates in leadership, entrepreneurship, and digital skills, and a leadership and preceptorship from UHAS. I am the founder and CEO of Caremi Home Care Services. Lead organizer of the BLS Project in the Internal Medicine Department.
