Academic and Professional Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery from Valley View University, Ghana. Member of the Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives (Specialist Well Woman CareI have a certificate in Leadership and Management in Health-University of Washington, and Health Administration and Management from GIMPA.

Professional Experience:

 I have advanced expertise in the intensive care and management of women living with cancer. I currently serve as the Regional Quality and Safety Manager and Coordinator for Cancer Care within the Ghana Health Service Central Regional Health Directorate, Ghana, where I lead initiatives to strengthen patient safety, quality improvement, and coordinated oncology care. My work has significantly contributed to improving standards of cancer care for women across the region. In recognition of my professional excellence and impact, I have received one international award (Daisy Honoree-2025) and several local awards for leadership, innovation, and service in women’s health and oncology nursing. I am the Event Coordinator for GDN-A and National Loans Board Secretary, GRNMA.

Research and Leadership Interest:

I have an interest in capacity building for midwives in cancer care and continue to contribute to advancing maternal, child, and women’s health (All female related cancers) while bridging clinical care with public health practice for stronger, healthier communities.
