Academic and Professional Qualifications:

Diploma in General Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an Oncology Nurse Specialist. Master’s in human nutrition from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Professional Experience:

 I am an oncology nurse specialist at the Oncology Directorate of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Ghana. 

I am a mentor, a preceptor, a member of the hospital’s Quality Improvement Team, and the leader of the directorate’s Work Improvement Team. I am the second in charge of the Patient Navigation Program for Breast Cancer. I am committed to advancing the field of oncology nursing and human nutrition through evidence-based practice and professional development. 

Research and Leadership Interest:

My research focuses on developing a conceptual leadership framework for oncology patient navigators in Ghana.
