Professional Experience:

I serve as a Lecturer at the Gambia College School of Nursing and Midwifery.

I am a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with professional experience in midwifery education and clinical instruction. My work focuses on preparing competent midwives through effective teaching, mentorship, and practical training. 

Research and Leadership Interests:

My research and leadership interests include oncology nursing leadership, reproductive cancer prevention, the integration of oncology content into midwifery education, student leadership development, and advocacy for women’s health. I have experience teaching oncology-related content to student midwives, mentoring learners, and supporting community education initiatives aimed at promoting early cancer detection and prevention.
