Academic and Professional Qualifications: 

Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Medical and Surgical Nursing from the College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences and an Oncology Nursing Certificate from Tata Memorial Hospital, obtained through a scholarship from the Merck Foundation.

Professional Experience:

With over ten (10) years of experience in oncology and palliative care, I currently serve as a Nursing Officer/Oncology Nurse Specialist and Palliative Care Nurse Specialist at Connaught Teaching Hospital, Sierra Leone. In addition, I work as a Nurse Navigator with the Thinking Pink Breast Cancer Foundation. 

Research and Leadership Interests:

Participation in the ONLEP leadership training will further strengthen my mentorship and leadership capacity, enabling me to guide emerging oncology nurses and contribute meaningfully to the development of cancer care policy in my country. My research interest focuses on the impact of telemedicine in resource-limited settings.
