This course is designed to equip oncology nurses with the leadership skills necessary to network, collaborate, work in teams, negotiate and communicate effectively. Participants will discuss issues of inclusivity and diversity. Skills of developing public-private partnerships will be discussed. Participants will explore strategic implementation of innovative practices in oncology settings.
