Ophelia is a licensed and practicing Clinical Psychologist and lecturer at the Department of Psychological Medicine and Mental Health, School of Medicine, University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS). She had close to a decade in clinical practice from quaternary institutions. She has vast practical and research experiences worked in women’s health. Her expertise includes maternal mental health, psychological assessment, and psychotherapy (evidence-based interventions) as well as advocacy for mothers in perinatal, prenatal, and postnatal. A researcher and reviewer for PLoS One, she collaborates globally to improve mental health.
