ONLEP Fireside Leadership Chat

Fireside chat is a conversion with a prominent guest who shares his/her life experiences with an audience. It is usually a moderated, relaxed and informal engagement. The ONLEP training is a practical oriented leadership program. Therefore, the Fireside chat is an opportunity to expand the participants network and explore specific areas of life events that enhances leadership skills. The event is also for the participants to seek clarity on the application of leadership skills as aspiring leaders. 
At the end of the fireside leadership chat engagement, the participants and audience will be exposed to real life experiences of the distinguished guest that would enable them:

•    Navigate the work environment for successful progression
•    Balance work, family and other roles
•    Gain motivation from the challenges surmounted by the experienced guest
